The app does a really bad job at showing relevant search results. For example, I'll search for a station within the Gothenburg area that I've searched for many times before, yet somehow the top 5+ results show me stations that are over 50km away. It's incredibly frustrating sometimes, especially since it used to work just fine in the old Reseplaneraren app.

The app works pretty well, havent had any issues with using my card on the app nor with it being able to pull up stops but only after I've looked up where I want to go on google maps to get the stop names. Also it's in English and I cannot for the life of me change it to Swedish which (as a swede) would make my life easier in finding the stops and where to go. I checked the settings and it does not have an general button to get to languages, only card settings. its highly frustrating.

My first and only experience using this app as a foreigner and their customer service three times trying to sort the issue. Absolutely useless service, especially if you are not Swedish. I was not able to buy the tickets as it showed a payment error, then tried again with the same outcome, and then saw that I was charged whilst I was already on the bus, having paid for the ticket in person. I was not offered any refund and got randomly disconnected 2/3 times. No process for such claims either.
